“At Gizmo, customer service is the first point of contact any customer will have with the company. Which means we always need to be focused, energetic, on the ball and most of all, friendly. Once we diagnose our customer’s IT issues, we coordinate our GizmoTechs to either remotely assist them over the phone or book them in for an onsite visit. The Gizmo Team is very unique and unlike any I’ve worked with before. The environment is a timeless mix of outgoing personalities intertwined with your binary code communicating lovers of Quake and Vista. Being surrounded by intelligent and technically minded people gives me a sense of knowledge and power and helps me believe I can do anything I put my mind to”. |

"My role here at Gizmo involves assisting customer's with technical problems over the phone. The service I'm involved in offering is cost effective for those little problems that can be fixed easily over the phone. Sometimes I connect to our customer's computers remotely, or (as is often the case) when they don't have access to the Internet, I step through resolving the problem with them. Working at Gizmo is great because, as a young company, I feel as though I am playing a part in creating something new and fresh - a way of delivering customer-focussed solutions which has never been tried on this scale in the Australian market. Our team is close-knit, and we are always improving the way we help our customers get maximum benefits from their technology." |

Its great being right in the thick of the industry that I have such a passion for, and being able to do it within a company like Gizmo is fantastic. Everyone here at gizmo shares the same passion and has such a vast knowledge and understanding, and it really rubs off on the customers, giving them and ourselves the feeling or satisfaction that we're making a difference in the industry. Having the opportunity to work at a company like Gizmo isn't one that comes all that often, and is chance that I've embraced with both hands, and loving it!! |

"For me, working at Gizmo is not really what I call work. It is doing something I love! My day starts commonly with visiting a customer in their home, fixing their network or destroying viruses. I think we should get danger-money. Some of those viruses are nasty!!! What else do I do? I fix all the things that your computer does that makes you pull your hair out or throw the computer through the window. The people here are fantastic to work with and EXTREMELY knowledgeable (nerdy)! It is very refreshing to be working in a fun, vibrant and intelligent environment. Our infrastructure is built on the latest technology, and really compliments the Gizmo culture! Did I mention the Gizmo Mobile? I know you want one". |
