Onsite Dual Boot Me (Mac) - $299

If you've used both a Mac and a PC you'll understand how hard it is to choose. Dual Me provides you with the service you need to set up your Mac so it can run Windows as well. This service comes in two flavours (Bootcamp or VMware), but give us a call and our gizmotechs can advise you which will best suit your requirements.

Please note: Software is not included. You will need to have a retail version of Windows for this service and be using an Intel Mac. You will also need a copy of VMWare Fusion if we are not using Bootcamp to install Windows.

Option A: Bootcamp (Superior performance)

We will:

Set up your computer so you can choose to start Mac OS X OR Windows (Vista or Windows XP SP 2 or above)
Set up your Mac to always boot into your preferred operating system
Show you how to swap between operating systems, install programs and access files.

Option B: VMWare (Superior convenience)

We will:

Install your copy of VMWare Fusion
Install Windows so it runs at the same time as OS X (in what's known as a "virtual machine")
Show you how to install and access programs running in Windows XP
