For a single subscription fee, you receive 12 months of over the phone support for your home computer by calling gizmo. my gizmo Subscriptions are available for home computer users, including for those who work from home. There are some eligibility requirements to ensure we are able to provide the my gizmo Services to you properly. You should read the my gizmo Subscription Terms and Conditions carefully to see whether you are eligible for a my gizmo Subscription, and whether your computer meets the minimum requirements. Whilst we can solve the majority of problems conveniently over the phone, in some situations an on-site service will be required to resolve the problem. You should check the my gizmo Subscription Terms and Conditions carefully below to see which services are included in a my gizmo Subscription. In particular, there are some services which we cannot provide remotely and which therefore do not form part of a my gizmo Subscription. Whilst on-site services are not covered by a my gizmo Subscription, if gizmo offers on-site services in your area, we will recommend an appropriate on-site service and, if you choose to purchase an on-site visit, schedule the on-site service at the then current retail price.
