Introduction to Windows Vista (1 hour phone support) - $99

So that all Australian's can take advantage of Gizmo's services and learn to make the most of their technology, Gizmo offers a remote support service specifically designed to help you get the most out of Windows Vista. This service includes 1 hour of remote desktop and phone support (conditions apply) and can be taken either as a 1 hour or two 30 minute sessions.

We will

  • Walk you through unpacking and setting up your computer
  • Configure your computer for connection to the Internet
  • Set up your email and test it’s working
  • Help you install applications such as Microsoft Office.
  • Walk you through some of the more popular features of Windows Vista.
  • If time remains, give you some one-on-one training on features you are interested in.
